About Ivanov

Chris Pine (Star Trek, Wonder Woman, Top Gun: Maverick, Hell or High Water) takes to the London stage for the first time in Simon Stone’s reimagining of Chekhov’s comic drama.

Simon Stone brings Chekhov's keenly observed comic drama hurtling into the contemporary world, joined by the same creative team that brought the "fantastically original, gripping and magnificent” (The Guardian) The Lady from the Sea to life.

Nikolai has forgotten how to be happy. Or was he ever? With a perfect wife, a successful career and a life that should feel complete, he ought to be content. But debts are mounting, his wife’s unwell and something deep inside is starting to unravel. Maybe all he needs is a distraction; there’s a party at the Lebedevs tonight.

Can Nikolai save his marriage, his career and his sense of self before it all falls apart?
